Rebecca Salinas is from McAllen, TX and is currently a freshman at Rice University.  She is studying Computational and Applied Mathematics and planning to minor in Business.  She is a cheerleader and an active member of DREAM (Designing with Rice Engineers - An Austin High School Mentorship Program), SAC (Student Admission Council), and volunteering at Piney Point in Houston.
