Christopher
Stewart, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Engineering at
The Ohio State University. He received his
PhD from the University
of Rochester in
2008. Prior to attending the University of Rochester,
he attended Morehouse College in Atlanta,
GA.
At
The Ohio State University, he is spearheading research in the following areas:
· Systems support for sustainable
datacenters, i.e., datacenters that can
operate profitably and have a zero-carbon footprint
· Empirical studies about the performance,
performance dependability, and energy consumption of emerging networked
applications
· Scalable, self-sustaining programs that
encourage members of underrepresented groups (broadly construed) to consider
research careers.
