Paul Delgado

I'm an NSF Fellow and Doctoral Candidate in the Computational Science program at UTEP, specializing in parallel numerical methods for multiscale-multiphysics PDE's.  I have an MS in Computational Science (UTEP), MS in Applied Mathematics (UNM) and BS degrees in Mathematics & Spanish.  I've worked as a Mathematics Lecturer at UTEP, and interned at National Energy Technologies Labs (NETL), Los Alamos National Labs (LANL), and NASA Ames Research Center (ARC).  I'm also the founder and director of the UTEP Graduate Research Elevator Pitch Competition, Engineering Solutions for the Poor Student Competition, and SIAM Computational Methods & Tools Seminar.  I'm also the author of 5! Calculus Jokes: For the Not-So-Typical Math Nerd.
