Rogelio is a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at North Carolina State University, where he is a member of the NCSU Digital Games Research Center, studying Computational Models of Interactive Narratives and Games.  He is a 2010 GEM Fellow and received his B.S. in Computer Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez.
