Juan F. Sequeda is a graduate student in the Department of Computer Sciences at the University of Texas at Austin and a recipient of the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship. He started his undergraduate degree at the Universidad del Valle in Cali, Colombia and finished with a B.S in Computer Sciences from UT Austin. His research interest include data integration and semantic web. He is an invited expert on the W3C RDB2RDF Working Group and has been an invited researcher at the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid and Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile. Juan is also the founder of the ELA student chapter at UT, the first ELA student run chapter of the country. Juan is also an avid salsa dancer.
