Dr. Taylor is the Department Head of Computer Science and Engineering, Texas A&M University.  Her research interests include high performance computing, with particular emphasis on the performance analysis and modeling of parallel and distributed applications.  You can learn more about her current research project at Prophesy.  She received her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at University of California, Berkeley.  Among the many awards she’s received is the Richard A.
